1) Download Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 from Adobe
2) Download the File
3) Extract it
4) Go into the folder there should be a folder of 32bit and 64bit make sure you select the same bit matching your system
5) copy the amtlib.dll
6) paste it over in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS6
7) after you paste everything now it will work
